Our Story
220 Wellness — Care Reimagined
Christine, affectionately called “The Flip Flop Doc” Festa, APRN, FNP-C, is a U.S. Army veteran with a career built on high-acuity, real-world medicine.
Her background includes work in emergency rooms and Level I trauma centers, serving as a Chief Flight Officer for international medical evacuations, and later as Chief Medical Officer for a large defense contractor. She also spent time in traditional primary care, gaining insight into the full spectrum of patient needs.
Through these experiences, one thing became clear:
The current healthcare system was not built for patients — it was built for volume.
Why 220 Wellness Was Created
220 Wellness began as a way to provide accessible, straightforward urgent and primary care to the local community.
But over time, the limitations of the traditional model — rushed visits, insurance-driven decisions, and a lack of true connection with patients.
It became clear….So a decision was made:
To build something better!
That evolution became 220 Wellness — where “220” means 2nd to None.
A New Standard of Care
220 Wellness was designed to bring medicine back to its foundation:
- Time with patients
- Access when it matters
- Care that looks beyond symptoms
- A focus on prevention, optimization, and longevity
Today, the practice operates as a Direct Primary Care and fee-for-service urgent care model, allowing patients to receive personalized, high-touch care without the constraints of insurance.

No unnecessary complexity.
No rushed decisions.
No compromises.
Just thoughtful, intentional care for the community she calls home.
